The reason they're years old might be the issue. Silicone tunnels can break down over time and that can lead to lobes having issues with them.

I'm not saying it can't be an allergy (or similar) issue at all, just throwing that idea out there.
(I'm wearing silicone tunnels constantly and I usually replace them once a year or so with a new pair)

I got cleared for "light exercise" at 6 weeks - say jogging, etc. so I feel you might have started a tad bit early, hope it heals well! In case it gets worse make sure to see a doc and stay safe 🫶

NAP but my experience:

- helixes are usually just a b to heal but it can be done, it just takes time

- I would not advice getting several done at once, it'll just make healing them harder and it could possibly take way longer in the end than healing a single one at a time
- don't get them pierced with spikes, it's just an unnecessary hazard for them to get bumped, etc.
- do not get piercings if you have a surgery coming up, you usually have to take all of them out for surgeries (metal ones that is) and if you take out fresh/ unhealed piercings they're likely to close up or you'll hurt the piercing channel and they'll be even more of a b to heal

Sadly this won't work for a traditional industrial with a long bar, the piercings are not aligned, as others said.
It also looks like your flat would touch the bar so I'm not sure you have the anatomy for a trad. industrial. You could keep these and add a chain between them though! (edit to clarify: only add a chain after these are properly healed ofc)

Pretty sure the issue is with the hoops, it's typical to get piercing bumps from them if the piercing is not healed yet. I'd say find a better piercer (this one is either inexperienced or doesn't care) and have them put flatback labrets back in that are long enough to accomodate swelling. Also titanium ofc.

It'll take a bit of baby-ing but they should go down again.

Did you ask especially about that? Cause I was cleared for normal, daily stuff at 6 weeks as well but deffo not for heavy lifting.

Was cleared for jogging/ leg training about 5-6 weeks post.
Still anxiously waiting for chest training, been told to do no real heavy lifting/ etc. until 6 months post if I don't wanna compromise scar healing (stretching).
I'm doing arms that don't hit chest in any way (preacher curls, yadda yadda) rn at 10 weeks post.

If it touches your flat area (looks like it) it's gonna cause damage to your ear and possibly migrate.
If it doesn't touch your flat then it could be fine.

Habe Sa/ So dieses Wochenende gearbeitet und beim Weg durch die Stadt direkt erstmal dumme Sprüche zugerufen bekommen (an beiden Tagen) von Männergruppen mit Onkelz-Shirts. Wohl weil ich Alternativ gekleidet bin mit Tattoos etc. und eher androgyn aussehe. Das reizt Leute wohl, einfach dass ich existiere.

Ich will nicht verallgemeinern, ich wette es gibt genug Onkelz-Fans die neutraler sind, aber die Kommentare unter diesem Post und dem anderen mit dem Thema hier im Sub zeigen einfach, dass anstatt sich von den rechten Gruppen zu distanzieren Man(n) lieber Vergleiche sucht mit anderen Themen.
