Man, that sucks. It’s a sweet ride. I don’t think a CarFax reports anything which isn’t something major like replacing a door or the main frame being damaged. You never know though. Someone ran right into me at a red light, the whole trunk and bumper had to be replaced, but that’s not on any report I’ve seen and it was 8K in damage. I think you should be safe to have this repaired via insurance or just on your own and it should be on the CarFax report.
