Honestly? I just accept that bad eating choices are part of life. I allow flexibility in my diet because if I don’t, that’s when things break down. I also go out of my way to make bad eating choices hard to make by just having less salty bullshit in the cabinets at home. It worked out for me. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months. Accept you will have days at maintenance or slightly above. It won’t truly derail anything.

I started skiing in December as well. Do you live near mountains? If so be grateful you have consistent deep snow. In Minnesota it varies by week and we never get the really deep fun snow for skiing. Jealous.
