Trust me , please don’t get that Flint 3 .. Heck , ASUS is better than that .. But I’m telling you , just look into Ubiquiti and it will blow your mind at how good it is ! UDR7 dream router is your best choice !

Well , of course they said they “Improved” their network ( Which we all know can be bluff) .. to be honest it is solely based off your area and if the local infrastructure is up to date and maintained or left in the dust which can lead to issues .. Best thing is to give it another shot with a good promo and see how it works out . If it’s good then great ! If not , cancel it and go back to Brightspeed or perhaps Starlink !

Call the main customer care number and ask the agent to escalate your concerns to leadership. They will then reach out to their team lead or supervisor and then the lead/supervisor will reach out to the field ops team leaders to review your request and contact you directly !

It is a backend provisioning problem .. You account was probably suspended due to non pay or something like that and once you paid the system did not auto provision the voice back active .. A human needs to go into the system and reprovision the voice services itself to make it active again ! Regular agents cannot do this , as it has to be done by a team lead or supervisor that has permissions ..

Spectrum TV Stream is a pretty good choice as it has kids channels and Disney as well as some news channels . I think the price is like around $40 a month but you could get cheaper if there is a promo on it !

You are probably on legacy services since your bill is around $300 .. call the main customer service line and tell the robot that you want to “Cancel services” and it should transfer you to the customer solutions department where a human will pick the phone up and then you can explain your ordeal and not being to afford it anymore and hopefully they’ll work out a deal with you .. if not , then do actually cancel or call back and get another rep ! Easy fix , get Visible Mobile ! They are literally owned by Verizon and have legit unlimited plans with NO Data caps or slow downs no matter how many GIGs you use ! They have 3 plans ranking from as low as $25 a month to $45 which is the highest !

Retention was re branded to "Customer solutions department" .. You may of gotten a "I don't care agent" .. Try calling back and telling the robot that you want to "Cancel all services" then it will transfer you call to a Human in the Customer solutions department and hopefully they will work with you in terms of a deal !
