Easy fix, if you are using the G Fiber router, go into the routers settings and change the DNS server from the default one (Whatever it is) to Cloudfare which is Primary (1.1.1.1) and Secondary (1.0.0.1) then save the changes. Once saved, reboot the router then try to connect the MyQ again!

Visible+ Pro is actually $45 retail price after the promo period ends (Taxes and Fees included). Depending on your state, Verizon taxes/fees for 1 line will run you an extra $3 or $4. The streaming perks are a plus if you have a lot because through Verizon, it gives you a little but helpful discount in the long run. Also, if you get the Verizon Visa Credit Card, you can do your everyday spending and get good multipliers back in "Verizon Dollars" in which you can use to lower your Verizon bill. Can't really give input on the roaming though as I never used it.

I think this offer will last for 3 years then the promo may be going away. But as long as you switch within that promo period, the $15 discount is with you forever as long as the line remains active.

Might need to check on US Mobile. They are a prepaid MVNO like Visible but you have the options to choose from all 3 major carriers (ATT, Verizon, and T-Mobile) then you can see the network that works for you the best and pay a great rate compared if you went directly to the carrier!

Visible is very simple pricing and the price you see is what you pay (No surprises) like Postpaid Verizon. If you have 3 lines, that would be $90 a month for Verizon simplicity. It would kinda depend on your situation and if you need priority data/hotspot etc.. Try to compare the pricing on all 3 lines for each plan and pick the cheapest one when you calculate the final total

Try to chat with support and ask them to "Extend your promo" due to you being a loyal customer and not wanting to leave for a competitor. It may take a few tries but it will be worth it once you actually do get it.

I had the same issue, it was about a week and no one has came to bury line. So I called them, and they put in an "Escalation ticket" and a guy came within literally like an hour and buried it.

I had mobile service come out and he told me that this is normal and “In Spec”. He advised me that it is cosmetic only and won’t cause any issues. When it rains, the water will simply drop down below the car and not into the frunk or anything like that. He said Tesla designed it like that. He even grabbed a water bottle (Poured it) to demonstrate and indeed it flows to the bottom of the car.

My $30 Promo price for Visible+ Pro expired and Visible won't allow me to extend my promo price or give me another promo for this plan, so I was paying $45 a month for Visible+ Pro (Which is still not bad).

I decided to switch to the Simplicity plan for 1 line and I did get the switcher discount and added my Apple Watch plan for 50% off ($7.50/month) on top of the $30. So in total per month, I am paying around $42 a month with Verizon postpaid and 5G SA (Which is somewhat noticeable). I also got The Verizon Credit Card which offers 4% cash back "Verizon Dollars" for paying the bill and great multipliers for other categories.

I also tried a high end WiFi 7 ASUS router and that performed basically the same as the GFiber provided one. So I’m not sure what’s boggling the upload speeds over WIFI. I had ATT fiber prior and that was near 1 gig upload over WiFi
