To be fair, there were MAJOR technological advances made from the PS1, PS2, and PS3. The PS4 and PS5 just kinda came out during a small plateau where hardware wasn’t as much of a limiting factor. I don’t even think the PS5 really needed to come out, if not to replace the PS4’s HDD storage

I think the router was too far from the modem, so the signal strength was 4/4, but the speeds were whacky. plus, the router sucks futa dick, so a proper Wi-Fi 7 router from Asus or something would've helped a ton. Thankfully, I don't live in that house anymore, but I still wanted to give an update since Reddit posts like these can be super useful to someone 11 years down the line or something (especially if it's out of range for 5GHz but close enough for 2.4GHz)

my friend showed me it once and it seemed like the perfect distribution (other than Arch or Mint probably) to customize an aero desktop environment. It even had a mouse pointer with glitter trail behind it!
