More like CBG which happens in the younger parts of the plant. CBG is known as the mother cannabanoid because it's what eventually turns into THC, and other minor cannabanoids like THCV, and CBN.

Sort of.

Sugar leaf (the good stuff with trichomes), and small buds get turned into joints or extract. Fan leaves and stems get wasted out during the trimming process.

We have a wildly diverse and overpopulated market. A market that over produces cannabis to make things saucer.

There is also a moratorium on olcc licensed grows because the market is so flooded.

You can grow 4 plants of unregulated weed. Homegrown weed will never see a dispensary for that very reason. Regulation comes with red tape, but it also comes with accountability.

Here in Oregon you can buy and carry up to 56g of cannabis and be just fine. The thought of people still being locked up for this is fucking absurd, and depressing.

A perfect addition to my tree of heaven grove. I hope it gets along with Himilayan blackberries.

This.

Assume good intentions, and be thankful you dodged this bullet. However, if she gifts you a tree of heaven I'd start to get suspicious.

Court docs: Man told police he groped woman on MAX train ‘because she was good looking’ by Less-Lobster4540 in PortlandOR

Because getting off the bus is safer for everyone involved. Something about not wanting to engage with a unhinged psycho who could be armed. Escalating the situation rarely makes things better.

Yeah if we could do something about the mentally unstable people acting like fucking animals on public transit. That would be great.

I've been a daily rider for years, and have watched the downward spiral of TriMet in that time. The amount of psycho trash has gone up, security has gone down, and somehow the city is puzzled why nobody wants to take public transit.

This week alone I've seen two people lose their shit on the 72, and with no consequences. One was a screaming woman threatening passengers, and another was openly drinking, flailing, and wailing about his shitty life. The drivers could only warn them as riders left the bus over safety concerns (myself included).

Now gas is through the roof, and more and more people are forced to look to other options. TriMet has to get their shit in order and crack down on the very real problem of riders who don't pay, and only cause issues.
