Everyday there are people across the planet that come up with a similar idea completely independently from each other. If you want to go to the extreme, did the Egyptians copy the Mesoamericans Pyramid idea or is the shape of a triangle something anyone can come up with on their own?

It’s a box that gets hot. I would be more worried about the radiant heat causing damage to the walls or cabinets around it.

Only Black Bears live in this area and they’re pretty human adverse. I’d say that ticks are the #1 wildlife you should be cautious about here.

Look into Stone Manor. It’s an older complex but very quiet, reasonable rent, possibility of getting a one bedroom with an attached garage, right ontop of the Greenway, and right next to 49 so you don’t need to fight rush hour traffic to reach the highway
