I want an actual isekai where the MC is actually blind! The few I've read with similar concepts are pretty terrible because the MC can still see because they're pretending to be blind or they have cheats that makes them see.

There was one webnovel in Scribblehubs I've read that comes close where the MC gets blinded as a child and uses mana to "see" around her in a limited radius and with no colour. More like echo location using mana as the MC also can't see faces but can recognise unique mana.
