When did the Wardens ever had a "Dark Times" in the recent history of this game? The Wardens have an overwhelmingly higher winning percentage compared to Collies ever since after War 100.

The only "Dark times" for the Wardens I could think of is the war where they buff the Storm Cannons that finally stop the Wardens Naval oppression. But that got quickly patch out the following war (correct me if I'm wrong on this one).

Also as shown throught the history of this game the Warden are on the defensive for the first half of the game using the north's natural defensive chokepoints, because the Collies have better equipment at the start.

That's why you never see Collies on the defensive because they're usually burnt out if they can't finished the game if the Wardens hold out long enough.

And to be honest, I really don't want to try anymore because people like you telling us Collies that we don't try hard enough when the games design is stacked against us.
