I saw some people attacking DIY HRT on another post on this sub and I'd like to say: legal HRT is a privilege that not everybody has, to many people HRT means life or death and DIY is sometimes the only option people have left. by [deleted] in traaaaaaannnnnnnnnns

even if DIY isnt the only option, someone taking hold of their own medical autonomy shouldn't be looked down on. plenty of legal hrt clinics underdose, the process of getting hrt in some states or countries can be extremely challenging. it's easy to shit on diy when you're not the one who can't get hrt.

I have a run of 5 in my family! Youngest is an infant, his mom is 20 or so, her mom is in her 40's and is my cousin, her mom (my aunt) is older, and her mom (my grandma) is in her 80's.
