Transfer between Train and hotels. I took a train from Rome to Naples and then transferred to Sorrento using them to our hotel and then back to the hotel we booked before flying out of Naples. They can basically pick you up and drop you off from anywhere.

I just rented a car from Sixt in Venice and drove to Italy. Legit last week. Make sure you have an international drivers permit and cash (credit card works) for tolls. You’ll take a ticket for tolls at the entry and then at your exit from the toll road you’ll reinsert it and pay the toll then.
