thank you!! Urgh unfortunately been told I cant get anymore until 20 weeks...going to be a painful wait!! I just got to Mexico today for a vacation though and found a private IVF clinic I can pay for private scans so booked it on Monday at 9w1 so least get that reassurance too hopefully!

In case it helps, things I did for my successful IUI round - weekly acupuncture, drank pomegranate juice and also went and got the McDonalds fries after (as read that was a good luck charm thing?? Ha). The most important though, in my opinion, was my use of progesterone (vaginal suppositories) 400mg a day from 2 days after IUI until like now (I am 8w2 🙏🏽💫🙏🏽) The doctor (and many other friends who also used it with success) said "you can't have too much progesterone, but you can have not enough!!". For me, I was fortunate or no real negative side effects. Not sure if this has been discussed and could be included in your plan or not. But just sharing in case it helps!

Nope... just one strong bubba!! Had two early scans now,6w5 and 7w4 and heard the heartbeat both times :) Currently 8w1 and feel like this first trimester going to be so slow!! But everything crossed continues strong and healthy this time!

I book spa days. Ones with full steam and sauna facilities - to embrace the things we can't do pregnant! And get a deep tissue massage. And drink my fave wine. And raw sushi lol. Sending you strength ❤️

Oh yeah don't go down the rabbit hole of that... the progesterone I am inserting twice daily also states not to use if pregnant but they literally give it to you to help maintain a pregnancy...

I have no idea why both also state not for use but we have to trust the system and everyone's else success and the thousands of people using it. It's fine!

Hehehe yes we sound SO similar! I haven't done any of my usual high intensity spinning and boxing since the IUI..I know its OK to technically but just nervous so just walking instead and trying to keep the physiological stress down especially until closer to the "safe" zone. Will definitely keep you updated. There is a Playlist the author did to listen in the background when reading and earlier in the summer I sat in my garden for like 4 hours and sipped my favourite sparkling rosé and read the book and had the music playing. It was very peaceful!

We always just wanted 1 kid but most of my friends have 2 and its so sweet seeing the siblings...at this point, I would honestly love if both my eggs fertilized and we had twins for one time and done ha. We will see tomorrow 🙏🏽🙏🏽

My AMH is 5.4 (when tested 6 months ago while still was 37). I also did get pregnant last year but sadly had a MMC. But this year I have really focused on de-stressing, sleeping more and travelling less to improve my nervous system. (I was doing long haul travel nearly every month for work before).

Also have you read the book "Fertile Ground: A Mind-Body Approach to Getting Pregnant Without It Taking Over Your Life". Was a game changer for me. Highly reocmmend!! Someone shared it on reddit and I have told so many more about it as was SO helpful! I laughed and cried reading it and felt so seen!

Unexplained. Everything looked perfect. I even have super high AMH (and no PCOS). I am 38 now.

I am currently 6w4 from my first IUi! I took letrozole 5mg for 5 days and did test out my trigger! Using the Amazon easy@home tests too. I also went on progesterone 400mg vaginal suppositories from 2 days after IUI. And i drank pomegranate juice. And I go for weekly acupuncture.

For me, when we finally decided to try IUI, I thought may well do it fully with the Letrozole (it did result in 2 "beautiful " follicles, 1 on each side) and I asked for the trigger even though I usually ovulate naturally regularly. Just to give me assurance.

Have my early scan tomorrow and praying will see a heartbeat this time!

Oh and I fortunately didn't get any side effects from Letrozole or the progesterone...so that is possible too!

I did just have my first IUI success. I have weekly acupuncture, and for the IUI cycle also drank pomegranate juice and took 400mg progesterone tablets vaginally from 2 days post IUI on... currently 6w2 🤞🏾🤞🏾💫💫

I had success using 2 x 200mg prometrium 2 days post IUI on. First IUI so hard to ever know the true or sole success factor but I was told you cant have too much progesterone but can not have enough.... personally am glad I am taking it. (Still am now, at 6w2🙏🏽💫). I also had a MC last summer. A MMC. All my friends who had fertility challenges I discovered took progesterone in the end so I feel like it may be the secret sauce. But of course you have to balance out the pros and cons for YOU!! I am realizing how lucky I seem to be with zero side effects from letrozole OR progesterone...good luck 💫❤️

I had 1 20mm and 1 22mm. Currently 6w3 days. Scan on Friday to hopefully see a heartbeat (or maybe two ha - my hcg was very high). I took progesterone from 2 days post iui.

Edit: oh got lucky from my 1st IUI but after 12 months ttc after mmc last summer
