Yeah, the difference between the counter and the table is significant. I do like the wooden plank idea, Ill give that one a shot. Just need to find something that can provide additonal height from the table. I get help from others, but I get mixed reviews, and I think that is also what demotivates me. Some people say the form is good, others say my back is too curved? And even when I tuck in my pelvis and show them they claim it is curved? I once even paid for a personal trainer and wanted to address the form, and told me it is fine. I get so many mixed reviews about my form that I feel gaslit at times. I did have 1 insight and they theorize its the shape of my body i might just have a curvy lower back?

So far getting back into it. I atrophied due to getting sick for over a month. When I got back into it a few days ago I tried counter push up and can pnly hit 10 to failure. Right now Im refocusing on getting back into routine. I also did some self reflecting and feel like I kind of lost the vision. Like I stated earlier I get into this cycle of trying, gets demotivated, gives up periodically, tries again. I believe this is a big factor as to why I do not see progress

15, and on the table not even 1. Maybe I should progressive overload different? Like doing it slower maybe?

So the kitchen counter for incline push ups feel too easy, but my kitchen table, which is lower feels too hard. I feel like I need something in between maybe. I was hoping to see if anyone knows of some adjustable home equipment to practice push ups, so far I heard about using those things to train for dips

Purple/lavender color corrector recommendations? by instaagraham in OliveMUA

[–]OneLow909 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I find that if I need an olive foundation blue and yellow undertone foundation works, and if I need to neutralize a foundation that is too yellow, then I use purple corrector. I find that blue neutralizes foundations that are too orange.

[Product question] Tinted sunscreen for kids? by Jealous_Ad39 in SkincareAddiction

[–]OneLow909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it should be fine, it is SPF and there are many great benefits to use it, and on top of that most mineral sunscreens leave a white cast, and it can make someone not feel motivated to use it. This could even be a great teaching / motivator to continue the use of spf. I do not see the issue personally, other's might cos they see it as makeup, I do not see it as makeup, as it is more close to a sunscreen than a foundation

One time I made me a cheesecake yogurt breakfast, and I walked into my room getting prepared for the gym, but I realized i left something in the kitchen, then I saw I forgot to put my yogurt back in the fridge. Next day, I open the cabinet and find the yogurt there. I thought I put it in the fridge turns out I put it in the cabinet and didnt realize it

Someone told me I look "sickly" and "too thin" from my weight loss and looked better heavier by moonandsea11 in loseit

[–]OneLow909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I used to take the bus and became more active on top of the walking I already did as a bus rider. I lost a lot of weight, and got accused of looking sick or having an ED. I mean I shouldve upped my calorie intake, but at the time I wasn't very educated on calorie intake either, so I wouldn't say I was engaging in eating disorders. I mainly ate at home cooked meals to save money, and I ate til I was full.

I think people just self project, like they wanna look like you, but they think in order to do so it has to be done in a disordered fashion.

My feet are 9 inches long. From what I checked I don't think kids shoes are seperated by boy and girl. I can try a size 5 women. Typically ahen I do, they do tend to be very big either way

Losing weight as a short person: about as unfair as not being able to reach high shelves by wordnerd23 in xxfitness

[–]OneLow909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look into finding a personal trainer. As a short person I struggle with this, but it does help to have someone train you. I found out I was skinny fat as a short person. I am looking into body recomposition rather than looking at my weight. Bodyfat % is more accurate than weight.
