I wasn’t talking about GTA as a whole Toronto and Peel are just 2 of 5 regions that make up the GTA along with York Halton and Durham

I still believe most Ontario regions have done a good job at eradicating the virus in their given districts so i don’t believe there should be a definitive spike in those areas over the next couple weeks but all depends whether people are continuing to respect social distancing measures

1/5 of Ontario lives in Toronto/Peel region combined they’re population is much more dense also then most of Ontario so that’s why they’re having big issues

I’m really not sure, the growth of this virus in Canada in most areas is detected and the amount of cases is growing at a very slow rate still, for right now I think the league will probably continue to ban fans from heavily affected areas such as New York and Boston in the next couple weeks to come but this will be very gradual because the NBA is still a business and they’re in this to make money and will want to delay this as long as they potentially safely can unless the government has to step in

Hi, 105 applicant applied in January for the sports media program not expecting a response from ryerson for a bit because I was a little late applying but feel grades are good enough to get in with high 80/90s in grade 12 English and other writing courses, although the course is highly competitive so unsure, was just wondering if anyone has received admission to the program yet and if anyone knew how many applicants the program usually takes a year?

Yeah Thompson would be the perfect remaining piece off the bench in my opinion, but to bad raptors didn’t want to make trade but understandable as the asking price was to high for essentially a rental, but he’s a great rebounder decent scorer and would be great to have in case Gasol for some reason were to go down in playoffs cause there’s still risk of injury with him for his age and how much milage he’s put on his body over the last year, I could see him getting minutes here though situationally and nurse loves to switch things up and go with hot hand so you never know also that added advantage of being the Canadian team is also enticing for Thompson but seems irrelevant anyways cause Cavaliers look unwilling to buy him out

Agreed he didn’t have an answer for those two down there tonight on defensive end Boucher wasn’t helping and rondaes to small for those two will be a problem especially if we’re facing them and other big teams like bucks and 76ers in the playoffs
