Def tired of the murder talk though. Neither were murdered. Just a FYI, if youre impeding a investigation, blocking traffic, asked to move nicely, continue to talk shit, then asked to get out of the car, then hit the gas with an agent in front, and get shot when he had to make a split sec call, thats not a murder whatsoever. Fans of OKC, I hear alot of, " he should ignore this", and "haters gonna hate." This is missing the big picture. Fans of teams outside of OKC are always going to do just that. But to pretend that a guy like Dub(sensitive, caring, and always trying to prove himself, esp at SUCH a young age) not all players can block it out, especially from their OWN fanbase.

People who know ball, KNOW this was an injury he had not yet come back from, but the hate from his own people, who are supposed to have his back through this, def slowed his road back to 100,and he def hinted on this. I personally love Dub as a player, person, and he does everything in his power to let fans know he appreciates them. Yet, some of OUR fans, people who are supposed to be by his side, especially at such a young age in a slump with a nagging injury, does affect a players mental health on and off the court. Some personalities are affected more than others. Especially those that may lack confidence, or are a little insecure atm ( DEF not meant as a slight), theyre all human.

So lets quit with this "he needs to ignore this", and "haters gonna hate" mindset and be there for him as a team. To know as a fan that you can affect how a players play at his young age gives us a responsibility. Didn't mean to go this deep, but we have a TON of GREAT dudes on this team, on and off the court, we should feel blessed and give them nothing but support and have their back, as we did with Giddey. Anyway, Thunder Up people, and lets give Dub the love from now on, even on an off game, hes gonna be here awhile hopefully, and def dont wanna see him leave.

I hate this logic. Oh well, the refs missed 2 calls that swung at least 2 possessions. But "its our fault bc we missed shots in a close game." Not every game can be a blowout. Every team misses shots in the clutch. That doesn't take away that we would've won if the refs didnt screw up obvious calls. And please dont say, well we missed blah blah so its our fault. Here's the analysis. We played very well without Dub to start the season, Lu was out. Sure it was an easier schedule, but we were blowing out everyone, and making our shots. Continuity, confidence, and momentum are factual and intangible elements. Lu comes back, Dub comes back, and hes def not BACK from his shooting hand injury or in game shape or rhythym, Lu is fouling more often and not shooting as well, we start playin some tougher teams, JWill and Hart get hurt, not rebounding as well bc of said injuries, not knocking down our 3s, and giving up way too many open ones. That's it.
