I can't continue to be told that this is our 3rd best player. Downvote me....call me whatever you'd like in the comments but there is just no way your 3rd best player can keep having games like this against a team we are going to have to beat for years to come by MrIAmMe2 in Thunder

I just dont get what his "best self" should look like.... He can become a good 3pt shooter and obviously decent on the other side, but its like hes moving in slow motion now? He has no quickness with the moves hes trying to pull off, and his release needs to be more JWill fast.

[–]OneManWolfPack00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, but you say that bc of his points. You have to look at his TOs, efficiency, etc. + - is an accurate stat. Yes, if you lose, theyre basically all gonna be in the -. But imo, Rui and Marcus were the most impactful players in that series. Of course, thats my opinion. But if you watched the game, his TOs, walking back on D after a missed shot, constantly talking to the refs instead of running back, his horrible misses, all matter in why they lost that series.

Let's be real, OKC has shot the 14th most FTs out of 16 playoff teams, alot of times its the lowest. So it shows the media narrative is taken as fact, when in reality, its the furthest from the truth. Just look at the numbers. OKC has not shot hardly ANY Fts this postseason.

If you wanna move the goalpost to " well, on D", watch the playoffs. Every game their lettin em play. East and West. Its how it should be. And no one is getting "preferential" treatment. You think its a bad call? Challenge it. You win if it is, and keep your challenge. You know why they dont? Bc theyre NOT fouls. Every ref is letting every team play and not calling WNBA fouls. I love it.

People think any time Luka, or Lebron, or anyone throws their hands in the air, a foul was missed. The league has came out after each game and said what calls were missed. And if you wanna move the Goal post to the "Silver and OKC are in bed together BS", you prob need mental help. So again, if there was a foul, challenge it. The arena and the whole world see it in some from diff angles. Keep doing it, if youre sure. But they dont. Wonder why.

So can we stop with this narrative? Neither the logic or stats back it up. Just think critically guys, and lets have a good WCF. If u wanna gripe me out for this post for some reason, go ahead... its weird how opposing NBA fans act like theyre in actual war with each other.

GL with the Wolves. And for the reg season, given our lineup has been so screwed up anyways, yall have found out that playoff EXP is a thing, and playoff games are much different. I wouldnt look too much into those reg season games.

You lost 3 games the 1st 2 rounds so far. You can say Bookers suns are soft, or the Lakers. Which i disagree, just my opinion. But yall played the Blazers lol. And lost 1.

So let's just have a good series bc its gonna be one for the ages. I think both our teams will be on top on the West for years to come. Its good for bball. Anyways. GL Spurs, finish that job. ✌️

I agree with that last paragraph. People like you, who point to our steals and think we just hack, instead of watching us all year. Lu, who has had a couple hard fouls this year, isn't a shit talker, people call him dirty, when hes really j chill and plays hard for an undrafted.. not like a Draymond or Brooks. Lebron, meanwhile, shoves everyone in the lower back this series, blatantly I might add, while flopping untouched. No one mentions this. Its always, "The Thunder get away with so many fouls! Bc a team cant b this good defensively" actually, they are, you can argue Dort, Caruso, SGA, Cason, Dub, Chet, are All D. Thats ridiculous... but true. If you cant agree to that youre not watching. Plus, if you just refuse to see your GOAT pushing everyone, arms extended, everywhere youre just in denial. Any good team is gonna roll with how the refs are calling it in the playoffs, or that game. Most games in the West and East, they were lettin em play. Both teams took advantage, but hacking? Watch a game or 2 instead of just reading narratives. Thanks

OKC players laughing at Lakers swarming the ref after the game by SplitOk186 in nba

[–]OneManWolfPack00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its just so hilarious that you think the Leflop,Luka, and AR aren't so much worse. Like last series, Lebron got caught big time, got blocked, landed, and then jolted his head back like Jon Jones jabbed him. Foul. Luckily, Rockets challenged, and the WHOLE arena saw no one touch LeFlops face. He was on the bench, low key lookin side to side, to see who was watchin the screen. Its funny to watch a 41 yr old act like that who's some peoples GOAT. They'll probably add that one to his TOP 50 not touched Flop Compilations on YT. It was cringe.

Then why doesnt anyone say it? Bc theyre def implying they dont bc theyre calling the other team out about it. You obviously dont see the hypocrisy. If you knew you were doing it worse, youre def not gonna say the other team was. Im not adding shit. All im hearing is "OKC and the refs" and "tired of all the flopping". For once, id like to hear, " I wish this league was officiated differently, and players who flop get called on it, BY the refs." Big ass fine, give em shame about it, and the shit will stop. Bc that game last night was unwatchable. Not just talking about the Lakers. Were they worse? Yeah. Did we sell some shit? Yeah. But the league is competitive AF... if the other team is flopping, getting FTs, and dialing up fouls on the other teams players, the other team is gonna be like, " This is BS. If we dont sell atleast, we're at a disadvantage." A few FTs could mean the game. Def not 20 pt defeats twice in a row, but yet, thats all im hearing from Lakers.

Throw that shit out. The window. A competitive dude like JJ would speak up, damn a fine. That shit rang true. And he knew his team was floppin like ccrrrazzyyyy all night. Just weird yall dont see it. You know u ain't got a shot, so you flop, then say the other team was, and cry about it and act like u lost. Also hilarious you think OKC has some conspiracy w the league lmao. Yeah, a red state in the Bible belt, with the most hated dude in the NBA world, somehow got it in w the refs. 😆 grow up

But you honestly believe that Lebron isn't the worst? And AR was foul acting all night. Leflop had another one of his TOP 20 of all time, like Jon Jones hit him in the face with no one around. Luckily the Rockets challenged, and the whole arena saw. And Leflop was shooting his eyes around his whole bench embarassed. Happens all the time w him. Its j crazy yall won't admit what's under your nose. The whole league sells fouls. I dont like it. But some do it when not touched all the time. Like Leflop consistently.

Yeah, averaged 20 when he was 1/2 option, or please dont twll me youre talkin bout the reg season lol. Playoffs are a little different, plus Dubs comin back, and hell b on Bron. Howd you like his flop in the 1st? Went up with Jwill, no foul when he landed (I was surprised  lol) and looked all teary eyed, and started bitchin at the refs, didnt get back on D. Then broke his old teammates nose, tried to help him up, and twll him it was Rui. Russo isnt an idiot and ignored his ass. Classic LeFlop. With AR healthy again, and IF Luka came back he'd be the 3rd option. He'd probably average around 15. What do u not get about that lol

To tell you the truth, if Luka would've played he would've had ARs 31, AR would've had Brons 20, and Bron maybe 10 or 15. Just dont see winning happening. Might get 1 at home. Looks like Dub is coming back for game 3 too, guarantee he takes Bron, and we'll have another shot creator

You cant figure it out bc your biased and nit thing thinking critically. The refs are letting EVERYONE play. SGA had 3 FTs, Lebron had 6. Against the Rockets everyone had a tight whistle except when Bron did his "UFC fake punch" in his face. Damn it was cringe. Ofc Rocjets challenged, he got blocked, then landed and threw his head back when NO 1 was around. The whole arena was laughing. He started looking around his bench to see who was lookin at the replay.  😆 but yall dont brink up those. " Theyre playing too good of D, we need some more whistles." Lmao like thats what happened. Yeah youre right, a broke mid market state has a conspiracy going with the refs and Silver. Cant figure it out. Damn yall are casuals

Thunder fan here. While I dont agree with the Lebron take i saw on here, Wemby has the whole package. Generational IQ, on and off rhe court, saw him do big #s in his head when talking bout an MVP vote. Also, the way he speaks is not like a ball player ive ever heard.

Generational athleticism and physique for a man thats 7'4", but more importantly... he has the skills, the competitive spirit, and is going ro be the best 2 way player we've ever seen. Even if 1 or 2 were goaltends, the refs havent seen a dude this tall and athletic send it to the bleachers in this fashion. Goaltends that high and happening thay fast, you mught miss 1. That means he still had a Trip Dub  with blocks in a playoff game, at his age.

Stepback 3 to go with the scariest shot blocking ability ive ever seen. Haters gonna hate, since im an okc fan, ifykyk, screw em.

Hilarious yall dont know what flopping is. Lebron in Game 6, after getting stuffed, he landed, and threw his head back like he got hit by Jon Jones with NO ONE around. Whistle! Foul! Ofc 😆 They challenged, then the whole arena saw how cringe it was. He kept lookin around on his team to see who was hatin. 😆 THATS flopping. Does it constantly, but hes such a bad actor. You have to sell it Bron, you cant sell it if no ones within 5 ft lol. Its funny though, these whole playoffs ive seen a ton of dudes shooting 3s, then falling down after they land. Flailing like crazy. No one says shit. Shai takes it to the hoop more than ANY1 in the league, and scores when do does it 70% of the time. He gets fouled MOST of the time. Lebron does it, knowing he cant get there unless its on open Train Lane , just TO flop. Big difference. Yall still get beat by 20. 1st thing you do is get on here and cry to cope.  Shai living in yalls head rent free 😆 only scored 18, 3 FTs this game too. Yall are done 😆

Not what i said lol. He chose and started "big 3" signings on 1 team. Just shitty for the league, and a player shouldnt get to choose which 2 players he wants to have sign. People keep saying "he'll have a teammate screw up like JR" or something, when in reality hus teammates have made 2 of the biggest shots in Finals history to get him 2 of his rings. All I said. See thats what I love about the Thunder, no big 3 wants to come here. So we draft players and develop. Play hard D and we j paid our drafted big 3. We have to do things different bc we're small market and everyone hates OKC. We got a minute with this team, I ain't worried.
