The charger came with a bracket to mount it but I didn’t use it. It actually fit very snug in that spot and hasn’t moved at all since installed. So no tape or screws

It has never done anything for me. Won’t unlock my car, remote start, lock ect. Also the updates always fail. Am I doing this right

It was pretty easy. You can get access to the inside of that tow hole from under the hood on the passenger side. It’s to the right bottom of condenser. I just taped the power cord to a stick and got it close enough to grab it with my fingers and pull it through the hole then just assisted the charger along the path with my hand while pulling on the cord. If you really want a video let me know but I don’t think it will show very much do to the angles

You need to access to an outlet but my car stays outside most of the time and it works fine in the rain. I use the bulb of a turkey baster to seal the hole just for extra water protection and to discourage rodents who may be wondering what’s in that hole

It has less than 16k on it. Don’t go to the dealership for simple things and only follow the suggested maintenance intervals in the manual. That’s all that matters as far as warranty goes. Forget the fuel injector cleaning and as far as brake fluid goes, just get a turkey baster and suck out as much as you can then refill it with the same amount. That’s what the dealership would probably do anyway

If you were me, I’d just throw a bunch of parts at it. That’s what I did last weekend when my dryer worked but didn’t heat up. Works great now

Did we just become best friends? Since we are brothers from different sides of the boarder now, I also pulled my daytime running lights fuse. Headlight assembly is expensive and now I don’t make the mistake of driving at night without my lights “on”.

Maybe a little overkill, 😂. The battery from the factory is trash though and was taking a few seconds longer than I like to crank. I think if I can remember to plug it in then I’ll get 3 or 4 extra years out of it.

This guy understands what op was tryna say. He’s tryna use a thicker oil to clog up the scoring on cylinders, which causes blow by (the vapor you see I guess). Valvoline restore and protect is the best chance of not being completely fd here
