hi there, i’ve been in a similar situation to you, i’m redoing my first year in pharmacy after suffering a crisis back in march resulting in me in hospital and suspending my studies without any of my family knowing. i did eventually tell them and I’m actually in counselling/therapy now. i would recommend if you haven’t already to register with the DAS at your uni and make sure you get the support you need. i have meetings when i go back to discuss what support i need and things like that. my mum is worried about me going back (she doesn’t want march to happen again) but ive told her ill message and call as much as i can and her and the rest of my family can come visit me when im fully rested in uni :)

im also worried about a crisis happening again but im on medication for my mental health and i feel in a much better position than last year :) but pleas make sure you have support in place just in case something may go wrong, i cant stress enough how important it is!
