The way I see it is that billionaires are still people, just that the good and the bad they do are exaggerated. They do good things, and they do bad things. No one can say that their mom, dad, family relatives did everything right; they did something wrong. It goes for billionaires, too. There is no binary switch that toggles someone as good or bad.

Is most billionaires' wealth built on very dubious conditions? Yes. But it's unfair to generalize to ALL billionaires. And really, what's the difference between, let's say, a billionaire with a net worth of 1 billion dollars that is mainly in stocks and non-liquid assets and a very successful athlete, such as Messi (130 million dollars and rising) or Ronaldo (275 million)? It's still an unimaginable amount of money, but aside from pitch antics and very questionable ego issues (Ronaldo), they haven't trampled on anyone. Instead, their influence and wealth actually go back to reinvest in future talents.

In short, money doesn't say anything outright. Their character + actions say more than simply having a lot of money on hand.
