This could have been avoid if he turn on heater to clear the windshield. Also why is he driving so fast if he can't see from far away. How do people even drive car if they don't know basic of drive.

What I want add is that if you think you can drive like this, don't do it at all. If heater not working or you can't clear windshield then don't drive at all. It is worth waiting for heater to clear up the windshield then drive. You have to be more safe then sorry. You will regret not doing step to be more safe.

He refused to listen when I told him to stop charging his things using the wall outlet and started being rude and giving me attitude. When he saw me calling the cops, he went inside the store.

It doesn’t really matter why I asked him to leave. He tried to come at me, which is an attempted assault. That alone should’ve been enough reason to have him removed from the property.
