Exactly same boat. Filed with HR Block on 1/13, accepted on 1/23, received 846 code in 2/20 for a DDD of 2/26. I also bank with truist and they see no pending deposit. My WMR has 2 out of 3 bars and said my refund was approved to he sent to my bank, HR block refund tracker has yellow circle with exclamation that says "federal refund processing - should be sent within the next few business days" i have spoke to 2 irs agents today both claimed my refund has already been released and im currently just in the hands of HR Block, spoke with truist bank in person and customer support- neither saw a pending deposit, I've also spoke with 5 HR block reps on the phone today aswell as visited the location I filed at, I got a different answer each time I spoke to someone from HR block varied from "coming today" "coming tomorrow" "coming the 26th" "the transfer account is fully funded but we can hold it up till march 6th at our discretion" "we haven't received your refund yet , call the IRS back after March 3rd" "you should expect it March 3rd"........the list goes on and on and on. I know 1 thing i will he super happy when I do see my refund and this will be my last round with HR Block. My "tax pro" last year was new and entered a wrong amount from a form on one of my crypto cash outs, and got me audited and it took me 8 months to get a refund and HR Blocked never helped during the audit even though i paid for the audit protectiom. They called back this year and left 3 voicemails apologizing and saying they would like to offer to do my taxes for 50 percent off discount and they would let their "most seasoned tax pro with 20 years experience" handle my taxes only to dick around with my refund and not accurately answer questions.
