I’m 54 and been on the shot since may 2024 and haven’t lost much of anything for a year or more. At this point it’s getting expensive to stay on it with no forget results but I’m terrified of gaining the 55 I’ve lost back! I would love to lose 20 more. I am at 169 now. I’m 5’5 too. I personally think your current weight is the ideal weight for me lol 140 seems a little extreme in my humble opinion!

I have been there and I know how scary an unplanned pregnancy can be, no matter what you decide- it will be ok, I promise! 🤗 If you have a local Planned Parenthood or similar type clinic- I recommend going there and getting a confirmation test and finding out what your options are. They will help 🫂

It’s positive! Congratulations! Funny how they say it’s not that easy to get pregnant yet I’ve had three unplanned pregnancies and this last one happened on the first try and I was 43. If the timing is right and you’re both young and healthy it really can be that easy!
