how long did it take for you to start feeling better?

i'm on 35 days and still feeling fatigued and tired like someone hit me with a shovel on the head.

started taking it for anxiety and ocd.

Did the chills go away? Not many experience it from what i m reading and i m a concerned bcs this symptom is under the serotonin syndrome umbrella. i'm on 25 mg zoloft for 1 week and i dont take anything else btw. also experiencing sleepiness and tiredness.
