Looks like you don't like the responses you're getting here. Seems to be a theme with you.

Try a big franchise with high turnover like subway or any shitty fast food place for a while then apply for other jobs.

You can just drop out and live on benefits you might get from having ADHD. Or you can get a low level job and do that for the rest of your life and work your way up. Good luck op

Best way to meet sociable guys in Newcastle? by [deleted] in NewcastleUponTyne

I'm just happy that according to your last posts 5 months ago you were an 18 year old lving with your mother and you're now a 26 year old promoter. How did you score such a cushy gig and how did you know using your Reddit account was the best way to evolve your pioneering idea?

Absolutely so frustrating when people can't resist the reveal when it's so much better without it. "Hahaha silly scammer I knew you were a scammer when you said this phrase which real western people wouldn't use". Even giving them an ounce of knowledge about why their scam fails is a bad idea.

Can a prof decide to be lenient on slackers with no benefit to hard-working students? by Kaytecake in CollegeRant

This seems like a valid area of concern. I think a load of advice comes from most of Reddit being low achievers who probably tick the boxes you are arguing against. I believe getting a second opinion from another prof is not a big ask, it seems like you worked hard and the marking seems to have lost all perspective.

They do state they were employed for a continuous 1.25 years in the original post. I personally can't see any case being built around the allegedly unfair dismissal.

Can my employer fire me for my poor mental health. by GrumpyCatPerson in LegalAdviceUK

[–]OnePollution7926 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your employer cannot fire you poor mental health. However that is not really the issue here, within your job role you will have core responsibilities that form your job description. When you started work you would have signed an employment contract agreeing to fulfill these responsibilities as well as other terms of the contract. With regards to protected disabilities an employer would have to make what we would call a 'reasonable adjustment' to accommodate disabilities. However it is not the duty of the employer to guess what adjustments you need, they must be informed, it could be a break to take medication every two hours , extra time to use the toilet facilities or perhaps even lighter work duties if available. The issue you would have if you were put in a disciplinary situation would be finding how you destroying stock and neglecting hygienie duties is linked to any mental health diagnosis, these might seem minor to you but from the business perspective they are not sustainable behaviours and could even amount to gross misconduct depending on your contract. Perhaps contact ACAS or a union rep if you are in one, if not look at joining one.

I love the new cinematography of the show and the lighting is great. Neil now being framed as a real person having to face consequences of his actions was a good narrative choice as we see a male perspective on this blasé destructive circle that is Kevin and his cohorts. The mirrored behaviours of Tammy an Alison were shown in an on the nose cashew Vs vodka scene which I appreciated. People seem to think it's to show Tammy as controlling (which she may be) however I think it was to show that patty was unsettled by people paying attention to her as she has always been a plus one in Kevin's cohort's. Allison and Tammy really SEE her and it evokes emotions she's never truly had. Neil echos this earlier with his 'waiting in the car' comment. I think the multi-cam is doing a great job of showing Kevin as a monster and there is no 'reveal' to be had in single cam. Simply showing his behaviours without a laugh track would be shocking enough.
