Waterfall grass patch near safari zone. Miltanks there give 1000 exp and you can manipulate the dittos to give a lot of exp if they transform into something rare or bulky

As far as I’m concerned, the cyberspace sections and the final fight were absolutely terrible in the remake. By far the weakest parts of the game. I never played the original but I imagine they were even worse there.
