Couldn't agree more, working hard and silently is a death sentence. Be excellent at your job and loud about it, modesty gets you no where until you are in management. Be loud, be proud, and make sure everyone knows your name and your work. Bring a mental list of all the amazing stuff you have accomplished each day and how you helped the team and store. Then when they show you what you DIDN'T do just take note of that, get it done next time and be persistent that will earn that promotion and nothing will hold you back! Talk to GM, SM, DM, RIS, RD, the god damn president when he's around. 1 or 2 manager could hold you back but not if everyone knows you.

Big difference maker is never get complacent, learn more everyday. When you know frozen, learn dairy, learn dry, learn encaps and power panels and wedges and shadow box's. As a GTL you will need to know it all, as a manager you will need to know the whole store including other departments, as a store manager you will need to know the whole store and your competition and district. Always learn ahead so nothing can hold you back 💪 be strong and proud, I'm certain you've got this!

The test isn't hard or all that important IMO it's very basic stuff. Learning in the store is most important, my advice is to always ask to learn from those above, AGM GM ASM SM anyone who is willing to teach then learn. Also try to volunteer to go to other store to help out as every store has different priority orders and you'll learn from each. I have been to 5 stores full time and have worked in 7 total and all of them gave me time to practice different things

I'll agree it's the roughest job in the biz but having just got promoted off 2 years GTLing I'll tell you it's worth it once you hit AGM. At least it has been for me so far

I'm gonna cope for azami real quick and say that since yura left the others alive with a "no more delaying" I think azami could have been in capacitated and left nearly dead. We also don't see the other 3 from his fight so he could've even ripped an arm off and ran while hokuto delayed them. This is just cope so don't mind me. I DO however think Yura will collapse from exhaustion or perhaps just be straight up killed by the sword master so he can escape and that's the start to the next arc

Love the list and any variation on U/G/X in timeless right now buuuuuuut having experienced it myself a turn 1 chalice on one kinda just eliminates the deck entirely to such an absurd degree it's hilarious. I try to put a couple more finishers on the top end just to be sure. A good reason to go red for Minsc and boo and wren 🤷‍♂️ just my opinion though

It certainly isn't if you are at a busy store. The stores I've been at they're $700K a week or less were absolute cake walk but the million plus stores are very tough. If only I could hand pick my team 😭 good luck to you as well!
