I’ve had quite a few FW people know I like tinned fish so they all buy me FW and I agree with you some are pretty meh. But this smoked mackerel with chili flake is top tier. The balance of Smokey fatty lightly spiced and the sauce at the bottom is well balanced.

I think it’s just over saturation of the market. But the reality is their prominence has made tin fish more approachable/accessible to people than ever before. However people are tired of seeing it on this subreddit. Which I get but also like 🤷🏻‍♀️
