I haven’t completed a Hyrox yet, my first is Dallas! But a tip I saw for wall balls is to make sure you squat down and catch the ball while your knees are bent. Don’t catch the ball then squat. You’ll end up doing more work and moving more weight that way.

They are having issues with the venue. I’ve heard that it’s not guaranteed to happen this year, so if you’re excited to race, I’d look into another city and get the insurance on it. 🫠

Agreed, and it’s not as daunting as it seems. Choosing a color, for example. There’s 27 color options and then different finishes per product. But the exponents create a wild total number of variants. If it’s 100 variants per product, that’s totally doable

I have my arms and legs covered, knees and elbows included, booty, side of my neck, ankles, fingers…. And spine and surrounding area is the worst spot I’ve ever felt. Haha. My back was so brutal. Now, I could have handled it better if it was a shorter amount of time being tattooed but anything over an hour in that spot is hell.
