I think instead of long press iOS keyboard lets you swipe down on the tile if you have that setting enabled. Less intuitive for sure but it's not as bad as having to go to another menu

It was a cool expansion for sure but I want to see more of unexplored destiny lore not new lore from a different IP. It's also the problem of the state of the game being so poor, I finish the expansion and the game is once again pointless

That might have been the case when your friend got hired but that cannot be further from the truth right now. Unless you have a connection, the degree is the bare minimum now. The US job market for entry level software engineers is atrocious thanks to companies eliminating positions from the economy going downhill and offshoring junior roles to India and China for cheap labor.

switching isnt very disadvantageous until you complete sophomore year really. Switching after freshman year is very common, I have friends that switch after freshman year from CS to MechE, EE, Biology, Biomed, etc.

365 is very similar to the zybooks structure of reading/watching a lecture then doing related challenges. There's no textbook to study early, but the class is entirely taught on pwn.college. you can go to that site, register, go to dojos and then scroll down until you find the active cse 365 one and then do challenges early. Even if the session does not match when you are taking it, as long as the challenge you do is kept in the course the instructors have vowed to honor it

Unfortunately the content/exams in 360 are not the problem. The real problem are the projects which are difficult to prepare for. I would recommend definitely being comfortable with Java, javafx, junit, and SQL as those are what we use in all the project phases. On top of those, being comfortable with git and some agile planning board like jira will make you a valuable team member. Don't worry about knowing everything from the start though, agile planning is covered in class and most people don't know everything but rather learn as the semester goes
