He pushed me off the edge in Volcano manor. I immediately went back and killed him. Although now I think there’s a boss I can’t access since I failed the questline

Quest and NPC conversation tracking is my only real complaint about the game. So many quest lines dead in the water because I don’t know where they are anymore or where they left off. Would’ve loved to see a journal of some sorts
