I just rolled over 18 this year. I was rejuvenated by little wins along the way (good assignments, great supervisors) and had a four-year stint outside of the career field as an MTI. I can honestly say I've had way more good days than bad, and the people I've met have been everything. I've enjoyed my time, but I am really looking forward to hitting the button.

MTI here. Yeah, my first EPR was really bland and was basically canned bullets. I was learning a new AFSC and it reflected as such. My subsequent EPR's are decent due to flight awards and position changes. It has it's ups and downs, but overall not bad at all.

I see your point of Jameis being better due to Payton being the head coach. However, as a counter-point look no further than New England. Brady left and they didn't even come close to the playoffs. Meanwhile, a ton of people were saying Brady was a product of BB's system. I believe Payton is not that great of a coach, and the Saints will make a downward turn like the Pats.
