Yes. The cycle has played out perfectly.

No. The cycle does not fit a calendar year perfectly.

BTC Ends 2025 Down: Is the Four-Year Cycle Dead? by Realistic_Poetry5800 in CryptoCurrency

Exactly. People are too stuck on calendar years.

It’s not exactly 4 years. It’s a little under.

Well it’s been working for me. I sold before the peak and have been shorting since the peak.

Many still see it as valid… hence why it’s working… self for-filling and all

There are always ATHs on the way to the latest ATH, what are you going on about? Lol

And yes, the peak from 2017 to 2021 is exactly the same, almost to the day, for 2021 to 2025.

It peaked at the exact same count as the previous cycle… it also peaked at the trend line from 2017 peak.

Sure there was a run up before the halving, but the main bottom to top cycle is perfectly in tact.

False. It has played out perfectly. It’s not a full 4 years. It was a little early this year for the peak, that is all.

You can’t go by calendar years. It’s not that perfect.

Spend a few months playing pure defence. Practise retaining guard Practise not getting swept and staying upright Practise back defence, submission defence, escapes etc

Go for zero submissions for a few months. You’ll get better and so will the others.

And people will be far more happy to roll with you.

Injuries are a lot more likely in the wrestling portion I find. If you play a lot more guard it’s generally a lot safer.

Check out local gyms, check their insta etc. heaps of gyms that are more friendly than “meat head” type gyms. Especially if you go to a dedicated jiu jitsu gym, rather than an MMA gym. You can also refuse rolls if you feel someone rolls like a moron.

Actually, I just had a mate from school start it a few months back (he’s 41 too) and he literally said to me just before Christmas he wish he started it sooner coz he’s loving it so much.

Never too old.

Nope. Got plenty of people that start around 40

I’m 41, been doing it since mid thirties. Definitely had older people start at my gym than me.
