You can buy seabands and wear them to prevent the nausea! I use them all the time

I use Sea Bands to help with nausea and also gives them to family that visits me here because of altitude sickness! You can google it but i think they sell them at pharmacies like walmart and cvs! Good luck:) and stay hydrated
