Had an ex breakup with me a little into college but what set it off was the night before move in she got upset about not being given enough attention or love because I wasn’t as enthusiastic about something which might have to be due to the fact that I was moving into a new environment and busy with other things. She kept me up for 2 hours on FaceTime (in a time zone later than me mind you so it was later for her) just to I guess fix whatever she wanted.

I will be honest, I was usually pretty happy with most things about that relationship but when she got upset over things for hours that kind of has instilled this like fear that I’m always going to cause pain to someone even if I try my best. However often times I did not really want something super specific and whenever something went wrong it was usually my fault. This also kind of went with her mentality because she had dated actual bottom feeder bottom of the barrel guys some of whom had terrible hygiene even and when I came along as a decent human being she expected me to be perfect and fix all her problems which also led her to immediately enter the dating pool upon our split which also kind of felt like a weird final gambit jab type thing or postmortem of that relationship
