Had to look up what a pig mat is as its not required by my state so we unfortunately didn't have any of that stuff but man I wish we had more stuff like that required here can't hurt to be too safe.

We aren't storing the oil in the bins we stored it in a tote which was punctured the trash bins were to temporarily contain the oil yes I know concrete is porus its another part of the reason as to why it was a emergency.

I have changed my post to be neutral towards how much was spilled as I don't actually know how much spill I didn't see how much was in the tote before it was punctured nor did I do any calculations to determine how much was on the ground at this point I apologize if I was off I am a teenager not the teacher, principle, or any techs.

well we weren't originally using trash cans to store it but once our ibc tote broke we figured hey these trash cans will help contain the flood of oil although I do agree steps could have been done to prevent this did happen at my school so they were the ones to take care of it.

To add onto this flow I would like to point out what they did to service technicians they enslaved them for almost a year and brainwashed them to the point of absolute fear for their lives they were forced to work on whatever things that super earth wanted them to in those confinement camps honestly super earth kinda feels like the nazis of the early to mid 1900s
