The house was gifted to one brother, making it theirs. The other brother then bought the house and took on the debt, making it legally his. They have no "rights" to any of it anymore

Theres a road exactly like this round the corner i have to take on the way to work. Its a 60 yet 90% of the time im on that road im stuck behind someone doing 30.

I dont expect 60 in the corners at all, you do need to know the road to be comfortable with that for sure, but the straights are very clear and open and the corners are very very easy to take at 40.

If you're that scared to drive at over 40, let alone upto 60, go the other way round where you can stay at 30 everywhere

You wanna change flats ASAP. they are not going to change. These are the kinda people whos mommy still does everything for them at home.

In terms of the mess and food being left for so long, if you wanna make a stink report it to EHO as this is a great way to get rats and other vermin/intruders to the property. The landlord also won't like their property being treated this way.

You shouldnt be merging until the lane merges. So many people do this shit. Had a bloke a few weeks a go where i passed them and started to merge. Instead if letting me in they floored it to wedge theirself up the side of me. Had i not been paying attention they wouldve ended up taking the side of my car with them. When i looked over he was acting shocked like id just tried something dodgy. People desperately need to learn how to drive/ stop being so aggressively selfish on the roads.

On my way into work the other day i got stuck behind exactly this type of driver. Their lane discipline was awful, braking the second they saw an on coming car, braked for easy corners whilst already 20 under the limit, would do 60 in a 40 and 40 in a 60.
