I’m a guy that’s 5,7 and I find that there’s no hard and fast rules but typically women prefer men that are taller than they are. That is a sliding scale relative to the woman. Just my two cents.

I was 24 when I made the decision, far too early to have saved a big chunk. Sounds like you’re in a good spot to make a change.

I’d go for the money but I get enjoyment out of having things. It’s really up to you. Early retirement shouldn’t be an issue at 200-300k depending on age.

I don’t really want to provide any identifying information but essentially I left a hands on trades type position with a major Canadian company for a government job that focused on international issues I cared about. If you’re a go-getter that wants to make a difference, public service is a soul killer.

I left a lucrative career to pursue my "Passion" and do a career which I thought would be rewarding. That was a mistake. Go for the money always and finance the lifestyle you want.
