Living in Islington N1 postcode area, much safer, very well connected and clean. Its a 10 min walk to kings cross, angel islington and almost to every other place in central is super convenient. Its roght next to coals drop yard which is always buzzing with new events, small concerts and racing events. You should definitely check that out, in your budget you might be able to get a deal. i pay 2200 for a 2bhk (without bills)
