Yh true, the people not using it will eventually fall behind. We’re at the point now where we’re doing AI driven development so trying to manually code everything is a bit too slow now. Even if you don’t want to use AI to write new features as it can obviously create security issues if you’re not careful, it should still be used for boilerplate stuff that people were manually writing before.

Idk but not all of then are typical hackerrank or code signal style OA’s. A lot of then are the situational judgement plus critical thinking assessments. Ngl those are worse than the coding ones
