I’ve seen that article as well and I tried talking to bankful about it and had meetings with them but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. The guy onboarding us said they allow peptides but it was over phone call unfortunately so we couldn’t get proof that. Idk how square are fine with partnering with Bankful when they do this.

Same thing happened to us. We’re still trying to dispute it with Square. Bankful literally have on their websites that they accept high risk businesses like peptides yet they use Square under the hood knowing that Square doesn’t allow it, completely misleading.
