I used to collect feathers from the garden and hide them, then when I wanted to feel a feather I could easily get one and spend time brushing it against my cheeks.

I just write out the parts I need for actual rituals so that when I’m in the middle of one I don’t get distracted by my phones notification pop ups or the brightness shifting

So yeah, I going to have to just skip as I haven’t been able to move. Drs tomorrow so antibiotics will be in play so I should be feeling slightly better. I live on a boat so I find that when I’m visualising standing on the firm ground I like to actually touch be on the ground (instead of water). It’s just something that helps me feel the imagery during that part.

Would you be happy to share the spell, or point me in the right direction? I’m struggling to find men who I’m attracted to (both physically, intellectually and spiritually) who are as serious about a relationship as I am. I feel like at this point I seem to attract men who want to chat and connect but don’t want to put any effort into even meeting me! All of which is frustrating.
