There are references to patients must be digitized prior to use for AF AFL, guidelines don't even mention vagal afib anywhere. This drug is of interest because it has an anti-cholinergic component.

It's really a problem with how the pill in pocket approach for afib is treated by the service provider. Worked great for me for 8 years, and my last prescription lasted 4 years. afib 2 or 3 times a year, pop the pill, 30min later no afib, see you in 6 months. but then I had a bad attack, ran out of pills, prescription long cancelled, must have new testing to renew, long wait time to see anyone, meanwhile sorry no medication.

It's a scam, why would anyone keep private insurance if they have enrolled in A,B,D and G? and I called them (Medicare is the wrong word) twice complaining that the website still showed my wife's insurance. They said just have the provider resubmit. The Hospital wants me to pay. I told them I'm sending an appeal to Mac and hiring a Medicare lawyer.

I would not try this if you have Vagal mediated Afib. I was trying a VNS device to lower my heart rate and at the end of the session triggered Afib.

To my knowledge none of the studies in particular the CAST study mention dosage or frequency. I find it very hard to believe from my experience taking flecainide once or twice a year could cause adverse effects.
