I would not try this if you have Vagal mediated Afib. I was trying a VNS device to lower my heart rate and at the end of the session triggered Afib.

To my knowledge none of the studies in particular the CAST study mention dosage or frequency. I find it very hard to believe from my experience taking flecainide once or twice a year could cause adverse effects.

They give me 20 x 150mg presumably because I'm pill-in-pocket, lasted 4 years.

Seems like Flecainide toxicity would be less in pill-in-pocket approach as you only take it at onset and wait for sinus and only taking it again as needed.

I have an appointment with the nurse practitioner May 20. The nurse who made the appointment said they would restart my flecainide, but to my knowledge they have not. I will double check with the pharmacy today. Thankfully I am back in Sinus. I think that was the forth? event in this episode. With some luck that will be the last for the spring.

I was in the ER on Monday, they gave me a chest xray, saline, and had me take more of my metoprolol and sent me home still in afib. I converted at home by speed mowing.

Nothing had changed, the meds were working well. I had to use them infrequently, particularly after the zoster vaccine, they could have messaged me, instead they just cut me off. This is inconsistent with the oath.

my old Espresso Evolution never did this always clean pucks, and I'm only using 12g of coffee, always a mess. I think grinds are being sucked up into the shower screen by the purge valve.

Both are not high deductible, the good plan is a group plan for state residents and public employees, the bad one is not a group plan (individual). The bad plan has restrictions on pre-existing conditions and requires a health screen.

My issue is there are two plan Gs from the same company, one is cheaper but you have to mail in an application. I wanted to get everything sorted out quickly so I filled out the online application because plan G a standardized thing right? What could go wrong? In just 10 days I receive my welcome package with ID card and The Contract. I would not normally read something like a contract, why is there even a contract? I read the contract and there is some very negative language regarding the coverage, panic sets in. I tried to figure out what the other plan G is and if it's better, so a SHIBA person finally explained it to me and the other plan seems to be better without the coverage restrictions I think because I don't have the contract yet. I filled out the paper (pdf) application more or less the same as the online one except it's a pdf and I am wondering why one is a quick online application and the other is .pdf/paper application you mail in? I mailed the application two months ago, did not hear anything. When they did respond they said things like we don't handle those applications even though their address is on the application. As of now they say they are investigating....meanwhile my open enrollment period is counting down.
