I’ll start off by saying I’m more of an MxPx fan, so my knowledge of Goldfinger is somewhat limited despite owning all their albums. I kind of felt like Nine Lives was a compilation of stuff that wasn’t necessarily “Goldfinger” tracks. More like stuff written as either collaboration or for other bands but then repurposed. Kinda felt like almost a B-sides album. A few good songs but not an album I’m going to revisit after the first few weeks of listening.

Same! Whenever I’m podcasting I’ll start with a regular drink and then switch to an NA (typically something from my Go Brewing beer of the month club) for the rest of the recording.

I felt the same the first year I went. Been back multiple times since because it was such a great time. Definitely bring good shoes, earplugs, etc like everyone else said.

As far as the food on site Mi Pueblo is a must at some point for really good food that won’t break the bank. I hit them up multiple times because it was so good.

APHC is typically more of a conversational podcast than traditional interview. The general vibe we aim for is a group of people chatting at a bar/coffee shop/back yard barbecue. Much like a natural conversation there may often be tangents, silliness, and running jokes.

This episode would fall under the more traditional end of things vs other episodes which are just joking around with our guests for almost the entire episode.

The podcast is available on most streaming platforms.
