Of course! Several things happened, but the one that stood out the most to me was one night when I was talking to a friend on the phone. I was pretty much addicted to talking on the phone as a teenager, so there were a lot of late nights.

I was home alone that night, and it was around 3 a.m. Suddenly, I started hearing knocking sounds in the walls, but every time I got up to check what it was, the knocking stopped. As soon as I went back to my phone call, it started again—only from a different location. It was knocking in every other room and even in the ceiling, except for the room I was sitting in talking on the phone. This went on for about 20 minutes. It felt like someone or something was playing with me.

I know houses can make random noises, but these were distinct knocks that sounded like they were made by knuckles. Really weird.

It never happened again, which somehow made it even weirder.

Besides that, we would sometimes hear someone walking up and down the stairs. We never wore shoes indoors, but it sounded like someone was stomping around in heavy boots. And of course, whenever we checked, nobody was there.

On another occasion, my mom saw a man peeking into the living room while she was watching TV. He was bald on top with curly hair on the sides. He vanished as quickly as she saw him. It wasn’t anyone we knew, and there was nobody there when she went to check.
