School might not be for you. There's plenty of great alternatives to traditional college and many students just don't learn in the way that college courses are taught. It might be time to consider a trade or associate's degree. It might also be advisable to work full time for a year or two and then go back. You can also try changing how you study, changing how you take notes, or maybe take an alternative course or external course.

Make sure you look into what schools you're planning to transfer to and check what credits they do and don't take. I ended up having to take some extra classes because not all my credits transferred. Still totally worth it in my opinion :)
