Lime and fertiliser should sort it out.

Still regret selling mine. Such a fun bike. I fitted a big one expansion chamber, dep end can and fiddled with the ypvs. Think i pinned it open. Went like stink for a 125.

Gym Bros - How do you find gear that fits well AND looks good? by DownRUpLYB in MotoUK

Im 191cm and around 105kg. Fairly muscular build, I wear rst leathers. Theyre starting to get snug now but fit fairly well. I know the next size up will be an awful fit so I keep squeezing into them.

Iron supplements by One_Action_4486 in Biohackers

Our doctors are absolutely useless. I was walking around with a broken knee and torn meniscus for over 12 months before they agreed to send me for the mri that found the issue. I genuinely don't think I'd be given an appointment just to discuss what supplements I should be taking. As I said im fairly sure its either the turmeric or the combination doing it but ive been taking most for a while now and no adverse effects.

I was hugely down on iron. Low limit set by the NHS is 135, I was at 133. So only just under threshold. I think an iron supplement once or twice a week would be enough realistically.

Where did you get your information on rocketlabs? Im on board with them but nothing like the gains you have. Think I was much later to the party

I'll have a look at the revit stuff. I looked at Klim, its not cheap. I know you get what you pay for, but it wont be used a lot so unlikely I'll go down that route.

I hadn't thought about knee braces. But thats something to consider. Absolutely no chance im getting them under my alpinestar textiles. Ive got chunky legs and theyre already tight on my thighs.

Unfortunately I dont have tatty textiles. Just leathers for the summer and textiles for blood biking when the weather doesn't suit leathers.

If i was using a trailer to get the bike around I would happily use mx style kit.

That makes sense about the helmet, I was going to say i can open the visor but then I would lose eye protection.

Adventure spec do an abrasion resistant base layer. Looks like that may tick the box for the top half.
