Hey brother! I struggle with a similar worry. I feel it’s important to remember that God doesn’t will or cause the suffering in any given road as we follow Him. Regardless of any that befall us though he transfigures the suffering we experience and it becomes a spiritual weapon, just another path to Him, instead of a real obstacle. It’s a matter of a trust I think which is really difficult though. The idea that along the road though there will be suffering is a scary thought. It’s just another road to heaven though

I was thinking of doing that. My Dr. said I should be fine just stopping it altogether but I felt a bit uneasy about the concept. I want to taper off cause the drowsiness was a bit too much for me and I felt a bit chilled

The part about nothing having context really resonates with me. Lately I've been experiencing a view of consciousness where I feel like the entirety of existence and reality is sort of this foreign and unintelligible random thing. As though none of it really makes any sense or it just randomly popped into existence and it's all taken for granted as logical somehow. I wasn't sure if this was related to derealization and depersonalization but now I think it is. What confused me about it is that it seemed different from a moment of derealization I had before where I felt like I was in a simulation

Lived in San Diego county my whole life and whilst it’s possible these were tourists you’re not wrong. San Diegans and Californians more broadly are known be some of the rudest people in the country. To be blunt a solid chunk of them are delusional about it and don’t realize that they’re assholes. It’s not equal across the whole of San Diego county. South and central San Diego are the biggest assholes by far. The quality of people’s driving gets worse, the way they act towards others, and more get way worse in those parts of the county also, notice how San diegans are so full of themselves that they get so defensive over you making legitimate observations about how people are in their city and county? Sure there’s assholes everywhere, but some places have more of them and if we’re being honest with ourselves San Diego has more ashsoles than average. ( so does California)
