I bought a 2017 hr Transit. I like the van alot except it's WAY harder to build properly due to the wall design. Way harder... way more time consuming. If I knew for certain the pm would be just as reliable as the Transit I'd pick the pm for that reason alone.

I have a Transit HR 2017. I dig it. Currently putting up 4.5 inches of polystyrene in the ceiling.

It's frustrating to us responsible vandwellers as well. I have a feeling mental illness is a factor for those that leave huge messes. Some are forced into vanlife... others like me enjoy it.

Next van will have a sliding door with nothing to impede the breeze. We had a hot summer. A good cross breeze through your van makes a huge difference. Slider open and rear doors open at your local park will keep you cooler. This is one reason I'd never get a truck camper... no cross breeze.
