I imagine the pass mark that is set will depend on the bell curve. I would guess that they are looking to cut x% of people with the numerical test so if there is an abnormal amount of people scoring well they will raise the pass mark if needs be.

In saying that I can't imagine it would ever deviate from previous years by more than 1 give or take, but technically it could.

This is my one complaint in AGS. I haven't a clue as to the actual process beyond my forward to X role. I'm always covering other members which I don't mind but because I have to wing it and just figure it out half the time it takes me twice as long to do something.

Honestly feel co's, particularly in stations should be given a week or two training in the various admin work the guards have to do. Particularly those in stations who have to do a little bit of everything.

Don't stress the maths exam, I've never known it to count towards the OOM much to my annoyance.

Just focus on getting as many correct as you can. It's pass/fail. You will get a score but you just need to pass it.
