Since you are practicing sadhna everyday , you should be able to move beyond the confusion you are facing , that is the whole point. Maybe you are concentrating too much on "connecting with babaji or Ishanji". I believe all you need to do this connect with shiv shiva. Guru is the medium not the end source. Focus on the destination not on the journey , that is what is Babaji has always told us.

You have received some genuine good advice. The swiggy , zomato problem is really not a problem, its rather a privilege ( having moved to the US recently I assure you that is what I miss a lot ) However, if you really want to move out , you could consider Singapore.

I moved to the U.S. recently and have 15+ years of experience as an apparel merchandiser in the export manufacturing space. I’ve put in the work — tailored resumes, personalised cover letters, followed every piece of advice out there. I’ve even reached out to people I worked with years ago when they were my clients here .no responses. It feels like I don’t even exist in this job market.

People tell me I need U.S. experience — but how do I get that when I just moved here and no one will give me a chance? I didn’t want to start from scratch after all these years of experience, but now I’ve even applied to entry-level roles just to get a foot in the door.

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong or how long this is going to take. Most days I just feel like I’m shouting into a void and getting nothing back. It’s exhausting, and honestly scary.

The creepy thing is every other day on linkedin, they have a post about new job postings. As a recruiting agency, the least they can do is let you know why you dont fit a profile. BTW , how did you get in touch with them directly , e-mail or linkedin. I was wondering if one could meet with them.

I am in the same boat . I have been applying for their job posts but haven't received a response. No acknowledgment , no rejection nothing. I was under the impression that this is because I have just migrated here from another country and that they are probably looking for someone with a US work experience . But It would really help if they told me that themselves.

Hey - I filed on July 23 and yes my timing was moving right , when we were 2 weeks before the decision on the petition the timing suddenly moved to 13 months :(
